Choice Menu | £37.95 per guest

This option allows your guests to choose from two starters, two main courses (plus one vegetarian option) and two desserts. The menu choices are required 2 weeks prior to your meal.

Starters

Roasted tomato and basil soup V

Butternut squash, smoked paprika and coconut soup V
Fan of melon, Parma ham
Chicken liver parfait, spiced apricot chutney
Ham hock and pea terrine, piccalilli, crostinis
Smoked mackerel pâté, Melba toast

Marjoram scented goat’s cheese, radicchio salad, fresh pomegranate, citrus dressing V

Main Courses

All main courses are served with a family selection of seasonal vegetables

Traditional roast top side of beef, gravy, Yorkshire pudding, horseradish sauce
Roast turkey, chipolata, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce
Slow cooked pork belly, cider and apple sauce
Roasted loin of pork, creamy bacon and shallot sauce
Pan fried chicken breast, basil and pesto sauce
Roast French trimmed chicken breast, baby onion and tarragon sauce
Oven baked salmon fillet, pink peppercorn beurre blanc sauce
Cod loin, parsley sauce
Brie and caramelised onion parcel, pesto cream sauce V
Wild mushroom and goat’s cheese strudel, mushroom sauce V
