If you're looking for the perfect meeting venue, then Bristol’s countryside is home to The Gables Hotel, which offers some of the city's best meeting facilities. The Gables Hotel enjoys an enviable location in tranquil grounds and within easy reach of junction 14 on the M5, yet just an easy 20 minute journey into the centre of Bristol. There's a variety of meeting rooms and overnight stay available and the hotel is known for its Sunday carvery and traditional afternoon tea. It also offers a welcoming bar with real ales, free Wi-Fi and 24 hour room service, along with a service that's second to none, and attention to detail. 

As a meeting place, the hotel attracts not only those using its conference rooms and business facilities, but tourists and wedding parties; it has a range of wedding packages aimed at every budget and packages include room hire, accommodation, catering and champagne. When it comes to meeting rooms, anyone organizing a meeting, conference or seminar has 8 different sized rooms to choose from. The largest of these can easily accommodate 200 attendees and the room can be set up in a variety of ways, or partitioned off into smaller spaces. If your needs call for a smaller meeting venue, the hotel's Jenner room is suitable for up to 15 people. All meeting rooms are located on the ground floor, and the hotel has everything you might need for a successful meeting, including TV and audio equipment, catering and stationary. Day rates for attendees start at £30, while overnight rates start at £145; lower rates are often available at off peak times such as summer and Easter.
